The strix, in the mythology of classical antiquity, was a bird of ill omen, the product of metamorphosis, that fed on human flesh and blood. It also referred to witches and related malevolent folkloric beings.
Sculpture made of crystal and iron mounted on an oak wooden base. The cast crystal is engraved, painted and sandblasted. The iron is casted and polished.
The sculpture of Strix II is produced in a limited edition of 49 pcs only.
